"This is insurance against extraordinary circumstances, a reserve force prepared in case the primary defense is broken."
The result of the competition was the complete mastery of loyalty, while the byproducts of the loop experiments allowed the law of Phototaxis to be realized.
Yet a competition founded upon a hypothesis could never prove its own value, and the plan was permanently erased.

Meticulously Carved Brain
Loyalty was engraved into Ms. Stranger's brain—this is not a metaphor. The various experiments and "education" she underwent formed the "Phototaxis Principle," an invisible mechanism capable of manipulating long-term memory and thought. Because of this, Ms. Stranger once believed she was many different people, and she also understood that she was a pawn under control, yet she remained calm and loyal. Even when extreme thoughts arose during her periods of believing herself to be others, the Phototaxis Principle would eliminate these parasitic impurities, ensuring the purity of the agent's mind.
Born from Dissolution
Time will cause even the most precise machinery to develop errors; moreover, the brain is the most intricate and uncontrollable organ of the human body. What should have vanished as redundancy accumulated within a pure white mold, and within a pupa dissolving the past and rebirthing itself, an unplanned insect is being born. The nameless one begins to try to breathe.
If anyone could glimpse the chaotic landscape within her mind, they would surely marvel at the miracle of life struggling to survive.
As Though Moths Dance in her Stomach
Ms. Stranger's arcane skill can convert memories or emotions into inconspicuous Lepidoptera, providing the Phototaxis Principle with an almost endless supply of material and making her the perfect test subject.
At the same time, Ms. Stranger also uses this arcane skill to transmit intelligence. Countless moths formed from memories return along a single beam of light to the Foundation's lightbulb, where they are collected and analyzed by designated personnel. Although for Ms. Stranger, exhaling and inhaling moths is as effortless as breathing, for the researchers, reading these memories is an activity that imposes a significant mental burden.
